I recently watched a video from Google about the planned Google OS. It was a very reasonable presentation. For the majority of users it makes a lot of sense. The only reason most people have any computer at all is to get access to the internet. Why not make an OS that is focused on doing just internet? Most if not all of the information the users access is available over the internet. Document editors, presentation, many applications have gone totally over to the internet as well. Watch this video on Chrome OS. I think you’ll agree. Creating an internet appliance with Chrome OS just makes sense.
Will it Chrome OS replace Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux? How many laptops/ netbooks will Chrome OS find it’s way into?
