Develop or revisit your Personal Vision
As events occur in your life, you perspective on what matters can change.
Check your Personal Vision to see if it’s aligned with your Values.
Develop or revisit your Personal Mission
If your Personal Vision is the same as last year, then check your Personal Mission alignment to your Personal Vision?
If your Personal Vision has changed this year, then check your Personal Mission alignment with the current Personal Vision.
Will your Personal Mission accomplish your Personal Vision?
Establish SMART Mission based Goals
Specific – detailed information about the objective
Measurable – quanity or quality that helps you know your objective has been met
Achievable – under your control within timeframe alloted
Relevant – advances the mission
Time-bound – calendar date or frequency for Goal
Manage your personal time better
Eliminate insignificant things that steal your time by using the stop doing list
Do remarkable things by making time for your Mission based Goals
